To give an accurate idea of the cost, we will arrange a free survey. This involves our surveyor visiting you at a convenient time to measure and discuss the right product for your home. Fascia boards in Swinton Designed to give the appearance of natural, painted timber, WS offers a fully integrated Roofline System incorporating profiles for the replacement of fascias, soffits and barge boards, as well as four decorative claddings and a comprehensive range of window boards and interior trims.

WS Roofline and cladding profiles are available as standard in White with selected profiles available in Sahara Beige.

A range of Roofline, cladding, window board and trimming profiles is now available in Mahogany, Light Oak, Rosewood and Black wood grain effect finishes.

Replacement work.

Fascia Supports guttering and tile edges and protects rafters.
Guttering Gutters are installed to provide the correct gutter fall to allow rainwater to drain away efficiently. Support brackets are installed a maximum 800mm apart. Manufactured to meet BS EN 150 9002.
Barge board Provides a finish to the gable end of your home sealing the verge. Barge boards and fascias are manufactured from 19mm heavy duty board to provide long life and durability. Finished with a highly polished surface to reflect heat to reduce expansion and contraction problems which may occur with thinner boards.
A foamed core makes it lightweight and resistant to water ingress. 5 metre lengths are used to produce fewer joins.
Soffit Protects underneath the rafters.
Cladding is fixed to rigid treated tanalized timber batten. Cladding can be 150mm wide ship lap or 100mm wide tongue-and-groove, both allow for a 25mm overlap and 8mm interlock between planks. A waterproof membrane is installed between cladding and battens to provide extra protection from secondary water tigress.
Downpipes Available in square or round style, downpipes carry rainwater from guttering to the drains. Downpipes are fixed to brickwork a minimum of 800mm apart.
